Women (and all people who menstruate) experience profound physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts throughout their lives. From the ups and downs of the menstrual cycle to pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into perimenopause and menopause, these seasons of change can bring both joy and challenge.

 

Many women face concerns such as fatigue, mood swings, body image struggles, anxiety, disordered eating patterns, challenges with the changes in their bodies, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies.

Postpartum recovery, in particular, is often overlooked in our culture, leaving many mothers feeling isolated or under-supported.
