About & Schedule for

Group Sessions

Our groups are intentionally created, designed to support meaningful conversation and change through connection and shared experience. Each group session blends structured education, therapeutic support, and open discussion, held within a safe and flexible container guided by one of our team members. You are welcome to engage at your own comfort level, whether that means sharing, listening, asking questions, or simply being present.

Our group sessions allow for 11 attendees each week. Show up as you are. No prep necessary. Imperfection encouraged

Whether you show up once, randomly, or as a regular, these group sessions have no set rules or expectations.

Apart from the shared understanding of and agreement to: mutual respect, acceptance, and compassion.

A trauma-informed support group for mothers navigating postpartum, identity shifts, and the realities of parenting. This space invites honest conversation about the peaks and valleys of motherhood, including mental health, relationships, guilt, and the long arc of postpartum adjustment. Education, validation, and practical tools are woven together to support both you and your child. Come as you are—there is no expectation to have it all figured out.

Body Image & Self-Worth

Re-learn confidence and deconstruct capitalism.

Mondays at 11:00 am PST

Weekly, with Ally Goult, RCC, MA

A compassionate, trauma-informed group for people wanting to heal their relationship with their bodies and build self-worth - beyond appearance. This group explores how culture, biology, nervous system regulation, and lived experience shape body image, while offering tools grounded in inner-child work and self-compassion. The focus is not on changing your body, but on finding peace within it. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Neurodivergent Nutrition &
Self-Care Space

Neurodivergent Nutrition

A neurodivergent-affirming group for ADHD and autistic adults seeking realistic, supportive approaches to food, routines, and self-care. This group focuses on acceptance and lifestyle accommodation, rather than discipline or perfection. We explore how sensory differences, executive functioning, interoception, and nervous system regulation can impact our nourishment. We move away from shame and rigid rules, and toward practical strategies that actually work for us & our lives.

Learn to live, nourish, and accommodate – outside the lines.

Tuesdays at 6:00 pm PST

Weekly, with Amber Whittemore, RD, MHSc

Intuitive Eating Support

Ditch diet culture & redefine your health, with food freedom.

Wednesdays at 3:30 pm PST

Weekly, with Amber Whittemore, RD, MHSc

A science-based, trauma-informed group for those ready to step out of diet culture and rebuild trust with food and their bodies. This group blends nutrition education with counselling, a compassionate approach to clarifying what balanced, healthy eating truly looks like — without rules, morality, or shame attached. We explore practical, sustainable ways to nourish our body and mind, bolstering intuition and intention along the way. We explore how culture, trauma, and mental health shape our experiences with eating and body image. The focus is on curiosity, embodiment, and rebuilding trust with your body —rather than “fixing” or controlling it
