Registered Clinical Counselling
At The Nourished Co., your mental and emotional health are our top priority. That's because we know that physical health, how we show up in our lives, and our connection with others/the world around us hinges on our mental resilience and emotional wellbeing!
That's why we offer counselling that is tailored to your unique needs while also holding a space that is warm, caring, and non-judgemental. We want you to feel supported, understood, and safe sharing your experiences. This way, navigating your journey becomes a little lighter and more meaningful.
Our counsellors value the bonds with their clients above all else and are committed to providing a space that is warm, caring, and non-judgmental. They share themselves authentically with clients and are committed to providing a very different therapeutic relationship for those who have had negative experiences with therapy in the past. Their promise to clients is that in working with them you will feel supported, understood, and safe sharing your experiences.
Our counsellors were carefully chosen based not only on their training and experience but their intuition and empathy, this shines in sessions as they can often sense what their clients need in any given session and thereby tailor therapy to those unique needs.
